Shipping
Here is everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship your Avorel order.
Processing time. Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days.
Where we ship. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the order date, and exclude weekends and holidays.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Delays
Occasionally, weather, high order volume, or carrier issues can delay delivery beyond the estimated window. We are not able to guarantee exact delivery dates, but we will always do our best to keep you updated if a delay affects your order.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at support@avorel.com within 7 days so we can open a claim with the carrier and get you a resolution.
Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer, though we will do what we can to help redirect the shipment if the carrier allows it.
